Privacy Notice

This notice describes what Hantes Florenia, in Geneva, does with personal data when you use hantesflorenia.ch. The house is the controller. You can reach it at atelier@hantesflorenia.com. No street address is published on the site; correspondence is by email.

1. DATA WE COLLECT

What you give us depends on what you do.

• Account. Email address, a password kept only as a hash, and the name and addresses you save.
• Order. Name, email, billing address, delivery address, a telephone number if you give one, the piece and the cord you chose, the currency on screen, the language of the order, and the payment reference.
• Request for access, from a signed-in account. The name and email are those of the account, together with the subject and any note you add.
• Request for access, from the home page. The email address alone, so the house can write when a release opens. It is stored encrypted.

On its own, the site keeps a short technical trace of the IP address, only to limit repeated attempts on the forms and on the preview access code. It also sets the cookies described in the cookie notice, including Google Analytics, and the host keeps ordinary server logs.

The house does not ask for card numbers, and does not store them.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use it to open and keep your account, to record and ship an order, to send the QR-bill and the messages an order requires, to answer a request for access, to write when a release you asked about is about to open, to protect the site against abuse, and to understand, in aggregate, how the pages are read. The language of an order is kept so the emails follow the language you were reading.

3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertising networks.

• Infomaniak, in Switzerland, hosts the site and the database, and carries mail sent from atelier@hantesflorenia.com.
• Google Analytics measures visits. Google may process that data outside Switzerland, under its own terms. We do not use it to put a name on a visit, and we do not join it to your orders.
• Our bank receives the transfer you make from the QR-bill. We do not pass card details to anyone, because we do not collect them.
• A carrier receives the delivery address when a piece is shipped.

Anyone who handles data for the house does so only for the task they are given.

4. DATA RETENTION

• Orders, invoices and payment records. Ten years, the period Swiss accounting law requires.
• An account. For as long as you keep it. If you ask us to close it, we delete it, apart from what an order still requires us to keep.
• An email left on the home page. Until you ask us to erase it.
• A request for access. Kept as correspondence, and erased on request if it did not become an order.
• The short blocks on repeated attempts. A few minutes.
• Audience measurement. Held by Google according to the Analytics settings. We read it as totals, not as a file under your name.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you may ask for access to your data, for a correction, for erasure, for a limit on its use, or for a copy you can take elsewhere. You may also object to a use that is not required to carry out your order.
